Customer Feedback When I bought the amp I thought there would be a modern high gain tone like the name Vintage Modern implies. The amp had some vintage tones but there wasn't any high gain tone in this amp. The guys at Voodoo Amps made it easier and more tons more fun to play. Customer Feedback Everyone knows the amp is stiff, the highs are harsh and you need a distortion pedal to get any gain what so ever. After the Platinum Mod this amp wails! The gain is killer (awesome for 80's metal tones) still takes pedals great but I don't have to boost the hell out of the front end any more because all the gain is there! - Mike Nichols, CA
Customer Feedback As soon as I got the amp back I A/B'ed it with my friends stock Vintage Modern and we were both shocked at how much better the Voodoo Modded Vintage Modern was.
