Good morning gang! People were calling & could not get through to us. Some phone calls were going through fine while others were being forwarded to a voice mail that we never received & over the course of several months through countless hours with our VoIP provider we finally narrowed down the problem this morning to an analog phone cable that was intermittently failing.
Tracking down intermittent problems on any electronic device is often times laborious & pain staking, this proved to be no exception but the good news that the on going problem is finally resolved!
